The room wasn't clean, with several issues like a wad of toilet paper stuck to the wall and splatter stains on the bed skirt. I also noticed the pool was dirty, and the outdoor area had trash scattered about. Breakfast hours were supposed to be from 7-10, but by 8, they had run out of food and no staff were around to replenish it.

The two-bedroom suite was spacious, perfect for family bonding. The evening meals were a nice surprise, adding homely comfort to our stay.

the gym was a highlight with great equipment for workouts. the hot tub was broken.

the pool was an absolute mess, and it’s shocking no one bothered to clean it. oh, and breakfast? i arrived at 8 to discover no food left, which was conveniently replaced by 'silent staff. ' i almost wrote a good review, but my expectations of being treated like royalty were dashed.

It was just a great fit for a brief stop-in in Roanoke with very good value for money. Unexpectedly, I enjoyed the warm and freshly baked cookies in the lobby during my stay. Try to arrive early for breakfast to avoid missing out on the food.

The spacious room had a nice kitchen with a big fridge, perfect for families. Enjoyed the pool and basketball court too.

The staff was always polite and welcoming a bonus really was the chilled beer and snacks in the evening for guests it all added to the relaxed atmosphere. We also made great use of the small kitchen area in the room which had a large fridge the ability to make meals ourselves saved us a lot.

Despite some minor inconveniences, I appreciated the spacious two-bedroom suite, which provided ample room for my family. The staff remained friendly, and the continental breakfast was a delightful start to our day. Just be prepared for bustling weekends and plan around peak times for a more peaceful experience.

Nice place with great amenities like free parking, a fitness center, and air conditioning. On my first stay, the staff helped me find a local food delivery. I can't wait to return for Easter!

Unfortunately, cleanliness was an issue, with remnants from previous guests left behind in the room. Additionally, the price for a room promised to have a kitchenette was misleading as it did not meet expectations, which was frustrating during our stay.
